
Every evening guests can dine from a menu featuring characteristic Umbrian fare, including simple yet prized dishes made with foods grown and raised on our organic farm, such as meats (pork and chicken), freshwater fish, mushrooms and truffles, honey, olives, grains, fruits and nuts.
The menu changes from season to season and the chef's recipes are inspired by Gubbio's characteristic rural tradition.
Inside the castle, next to the restaurant, guests can visit our cafè and take advantage of the various rooms that are available for parties and meetings.
